Refund & Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure clarity of service terms and to preserve the rights of beneficiaries, Shumos Care for Comprehensive Rehabilitation sets out below its approved Refund and Cancellation Policy:
1. Treatment and Rehabilitation Packages
– Packages include a special price for the service when a group of sessions is purchased, with the session price within the package being lower than the individual price of the service.
– The package's usage period begins from the date of purchase, and the package is subject to the validity period specified at the time of purchase.
– A refund of the value of the unused balance may be requested within 30 days from the date of purchasing the package, in accordance with the terms set out below.
– After the 30-day period has ended, the value of unused sessions is not refunded in cash, while the remaining sessions remain retained for the beneficiary to use in accordance with the package's validity period and terms.
2. Partial Refund of Packages
If the beneficiary requests to cancel the package and refund the value of the remaining sessions within the refund period, the value of the sessions that have been used is calculated according to the center's approved individual session price, which is SAR 250 per session, and not according to the reduced session price within the package.
Excluded from this are T Care device sessions, hydrotherapy sessions, high-pressure oxygen therapy sessions, and home physiotherapy sessions, for which the value of used sessions from these services is calculated at SAR 300 per session when a refund is requested.
3. Individual Sessions
An individual session that has been provided and used is not refundable after the service has been provided, subject to cases where regulations require otherwise.
4. Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments
Please inform the center in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, in accordance with the period specified in the booking terms.
In the case of no-show or late cancellation, the session may be counted in accordance with the terms announced at the time of booking or purchasing the package.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
The center may consider exceptional circumstances, including force majeure or cases where the inability to benefit from the service results from a cause attributable to the center, on a case-by-case basis.
6. Services Purchased Electronically
If the service is purchased electronically, the provisions and rights set out in the regulations and laws relating to e-commerce apply, wherever applicable to the purchase transaction.
7. General Provisions
– The beneficiary is informed of the service price, package terms, and refund policy before completing the purchase transaction.
– This policy does not affect any right established for the beneficiary under the regulations and laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
– For any inquiries related to refunds or packages, the center may be contacted through its official communication channels.
